I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is excellent, close to major areas, and the staff was generally pretty friendly and helpful. However, the rooms could definitely use some attention as they weren't clean and the water pressure was low. Overall, I found the value for money to be fair, but there were definitely areas that need improvement.

Rooms

The rooms weren't very clean and the paint was falling off the walls. The bedding was old, and the low water pressure was disappointing, especially after a long journey.

6.0/10

The hotel offers spacious suites, a friendly staff, and a nice location with easy access to local restaurants. However, the rooms felt a bit old and dusty, and the dining options left much to be desired with limited choices. Overall, it provides good value for money, especially considering its size and location.

Rooms

The staff was extremely polite and available, handling my complaints promptly and arranging transportation for us, which made a big difference during our stay.
Location

Located in Zamalek, the area is great for finding food and is within walking distance to many coffee shops, but it’s quite far from the metro station and the pyramids.
Dining

The dining experience was pretty lackluster; I was hoping for better breakfast choices and even coffee was missing.
Facilities
5.0
While the amenities were decent, more attention could be given to cleanliness and upkeep.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a convenient location, right on the Nile, and quite spacious overall. The rooms had a certain shabby charm, but the helpful and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. However, I did encounter some construction noise during my visit. The value for money was decent, but the dining experience left something to be desired.

While the facilities were adequate, I didn't find anything spectacular. They served their purpose but certainly didn’t stand out.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is great, right along the Nile and near shopping areas, which I loved. The staff were friendly and arranged a car for us, but the condition of the rooms was quite concerning. There were issues with cleanliness, including dirty sheets and water leaking in the bathroom. The dining options were also disappointing, mostly due to the breakfast offerings being very limited.

5.8/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While it offered excellent value for the price and had a great location close to major areas, the rooms left something to be desired in terms of amenities, and I found the noise from the coffee shop below quite bothersome. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, and the dining options could use some improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not well-equipped, lacking bins and a room service menu, which was disappointing. The noise on the first floor from the busy coffee shop was quite disruptive.
Service
5.0
The staff were laid back and not very helpful. I expected more assistance, especially after check-in, but they didn’t seem to know much about local tour operators.
Location
9.0
The location was great, perfect in the middle of the city while still away from the noise, making it convenient to explore nearby areas.
Dining
5.0
Dining was just okay; the breakfast area wasn’t cleared up quickly after guests, and I had better breakfast options at cheaper hotels nearby.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities could use improvement. It felt a bit underwhelming given the location and price.
